Lecta announces full wet-glue label paper portfolio

The portfolio includes one-side coated and metallized papers for use in beverage, food, hygiene and cleaning product labeling.

Lecta is spotlighting its Creaset and Metalvac paper ranges, designed to deliver consistent converting performance and strong shelf impact across wet-glue label applications.

The portfolio includes one-side coated and metallized papers for use in beverage, food, hygiene and cleaning product labeling, with an emphasis on printability, runnability and reliable performance on high-speed bottling lines.

The Creaset range features gloss and high-gloss papers suited for standard and wraparound labels, including grease-resistant grades for food applications (without added PFAS), as well as high wet strength and alkali-resistant options for returnable bottles.

The Metalvac line offers metallized papers aimed at premium applications such as beer, wine and spirits labels, delivering metallic finishes while maintaining compatibility with UV-curing inks and performance in high-moisture environments.

According to Lecta, the combined portfolio is engineered to support efficient printing and converting processes, including die-cutting, embossing and labeling operations, while also helping reduce waste and optimize material use.

The company positions the offering as a complete solution for wet-glue labeling, balancing visual differentiation with process reliability and evolving sustainability requirements.
